Art was Amazing, he came out within an hour, was very safety minded, and really took the time to help resolve my problem, but also helped me to under stand what caused it in the first place so that I could avoid these issues in the future. He did not try to up sell me, in fact he was able to save me over $1000, by offer a much cheaper alternative than what I was prepared to pay for.
